How to Find a State Office

Use the Find a State Office directory to locate a state office where you can apply for Medicaid as well as other state programs.

To find a state office

1. On the Directories menu, click Find a State Office.

   The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Web site is displayed in a separate window.

2. Do one of the following:

   • To display a state division or office, click the Divisions/Offices link.
   • To display a list of programs, click the Topics A to Z link.
   • To display the contact information, click the Contact link.
   • To display other information, click the appropriate link.
3. To close the DHHS Web site window, in the rightmost corner, click X.
