How to Download PDF Trading Partner Instructions

You can download the Trading Partner instructions, if needed. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed in order to view and print the documents.

To download a trading partner enrollment instructions

1. Do one of the following:
   • On the Provider menu, click Enrollment.
   • On the Quick Links pod on the public Home page, click Enrollment.

   The Provider Enrollment page is displayed.

2. In the Become a Trading Provider panel, click Instructions.

   The trading partner instructions page is displayed.

3. Click Completing the Enrollment Application as a Trading Partner.

   The instruction page is opened in PDF format.

4. Print the document.
