How to Enroll in EFT

You can enroll in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on the Service Page of Provider Enrollment.

To enroll in EFT

1. On the Electronic Funds Transfer panel, select Yes to the question: "Do you wish to participate in Electronic Funds Transfer Payments?"

   Additional EFT Enrollment fields are displayed.

2. Complete the fields.
3. Click Save to save your information.
4. Click OK to return to the enrollment process.

Note: If you don't wish to enroll in EFT during the provider enrollment process, you can do so from your provider home page after logging in at a later date.
