How to Recall a Provider Application
If you saved an incomplete application, you can recall it to complete it at a later time. You cannot recall an application that has been submitted.
The NH MMIS Health Enterprise Portal will lock the application that you are recalling when you have entered its SSN/FEIN incorrectly several times in a row. It will be locked for a specified amount of time for security purposes.
